MCP-POWERED AI COLLABORATION

/ AI Collaboration

MCP lets AI tools such as Codex and Claude connect directly to Picorca.

Describe what you want to do, and AI can search, understand, and organize your assets while reading details such as colors, tags, sources, and prompts.

  • Natural-language search
  • Image understanding
  • Tag and folder organization
  • AI property extraction

Encrypted local storage

AI carries out your instructions through MCP while your assets remain stored locally and fully under your control.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

/ Project Management

A complete project includes tags, directories, files, nodes, update states, and indexes.

Think of a project as a master folder that contains everything you want to share: from tags to files, from collaboration nodes to directory structures, and from update states to indexes. Share the project once, and others receive the complete package.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

/ Asset Management

Picorca brings together images collected from the web, generated by AI, and shared by your team. Organize them into folders, filter quickly by tag, color, or name, move, copy, and edit assets, then export backups by project or folder.

Supports 20+ image formats

DECENTRALIZED COLLABORATION

/ Team Collaboration

Picorca enables collaboration through decentralized, direct device connections without relying on a central server. Share one folder or an entire project so teammates can view and update images directly and securely.

Project-controlled access

Picorca protects project data with local keys. Shared projects grant access through invitation credentials, so only send them to trusted collaborators and keep them secure.

Direct synchronization between members

Collaboration connects authorized members over a peer-to-peer network whenever possible. In complex network environments, a relay can help establish the connection; it only forwards encrypted traffic and does not store project assets.

LOCAL-FIRST DATA OWNERSHIP

/ Your data, stored locally

Projects and images stay on participants' devices. Picorca's online account, relay, and discovery services do not change the ownership of your data or assets.

01 / LOCAL STORAGE

Projects and assets remain on your devices

Your local workspace manages projects, folders, tags, and assets, so everyday use does not require hosting your content with Picorca.

02 / OWNERSHIP

Using the service does not transfer your rights

Providing relay, discovery, or other online services does not give Picorca ownership of your project data or original assets.

03 / SHARING BOUNDARIES

Recipients keep a copy after synchronization

Sharing does not transfer copyright, but the sender cannot continue to restrict how a remote copy is used, copied, or redistributed.

Security boundaries: Project data is protected by local keys. Third-party services process requests under their own terms, so protect your devices and credentials and choose sharing recipients carefully. Read the complete data security and ownership statement

9 common creative workflows

From an asset pile to smooth delivery, Picorca fits real creative work

Bring collection, organization, processing, and collaboration back into one workflow for everyday design, photography, content, and AI creation. MCP can assist with automation, but it is never required to use Picorca.

Real product interface

Every workflow returns to one asset space

Projects, folders, tags, file details, and collaboration status stay together, making organized work visible, searchable, and ready to continue.

6 core creative workflows

Swipe to explore

Brand Designer

Turn scattered inspiration into a direction before the pitch

References are spread across bookmarks, chats, and drives, so the work often begins with hours of searching, renaming, and grouping.

Workflow

  1. Gather references
  2. Group by brand and style
  3. Build a moodboard

Outcome

Pitch assets stay in one project, so the conversation can begin with choosing a direction.

UI / UX Designer

Turn competitor screens into a flow the team can discuss

Critical journeys such as sign-in, search, and checkout need side-by-side review, but scattered screenshots make differences hard to explain.

Workflow

  1. Capture sequences
  2. Archive by product flow
  3. Prepare comparisons

Outcome

Screens from the same journey stay together, so reviews no longer depend on hunting through folders.

Optional MCP assist: When a continuous web capture is needed, MCP can help collect the screenshots.

Commercial Photographer

Select and deliver from large shoots more quickly

A single shoot can create thousands of originals. Sorting by project, camera, and grade, then preparing client previews, often takes longer than the shoot.

Workflow

  1. Import the shoot
  2. Sort by project and camera
  3. Generate previews

Outcome

Originals remain local while collaborators see only the assets they need to approve or receive.

Independent Illustrator

Keep composition, color, and texture references easy to find

As references accumulate, browser bookmarks and remembered filenames are not enough to recover the exact source of an idea.

Workflow

  1. Collect references
  2. Add subject tags
  3. Build visual reference boards

Outcome

Composition, palette, and material references form a clear trail instead of relying on fuzzy memory.

AI Visual Creator

Preserve the full exploration path behind generated variants

One concept can produce many models, prompts, and iterations. Strong results are easily buried among similar outputs and become hard to revisit.

Workflow

  1. Import results in batches
  2. Group by model and round
  3. Select and refine

Outcome

Every exploration round remains reviewable, and selected variants can move into the next creative step.

Optional MCP assist: When generating images in an AI conversation, MCP can help send them to the right project.

Content Creator

Prepare covers in multiple sizes as soon as the topic is set

Trending assets come from many websites. Collecting, grouping, and resizing them for landscape and portrait covers can consume the publishing window.

Workflow

  1. Collect topic assets
  2. Group by theme
  3. Batch-process covers

Outcome

Sources and finished assets stay together by topic, making reuse and attribution simpler.

Optional MCP assist: When sources are known, MCP can help collect images from the relevant pages.

Cross-border E-commerce

Keep supplier images matched to every SKU

As stores and product codes multiply, hero images, detail shots, and marketplace-specific sizes can become mixed and slow down every launch.

Workflow

  1. Import supplier images
  2. Sort by market and SKU
  3. Batch-process sizes

Outcome

Each SKU retains a clear link between source images and marketplace-ready outputs.

Optional MCP assist: When many supplier pages are involved, MCP can help collect images in batches.

Brand Content Strategist

Reduce version confusion across campaign assets

When design, marketing, and clients save their own campaign files, similar names and scattered versions make it unclear which one is current.

Workflow

  1. Gather channel assets
  2. Archive by campaign stage
  3. Review together

Outcome

Everyone reviews and approves assets in the same project, reducing duplicate transfers and outdated versions.

Homeware Buyer

Compare detail images from several stores in one place

Sourcing requires comparing materials, colors, and room photography from many stores. Reopening links interrupts the team's judgment.

Workflow

  1. Collect store images
  2. Group by material and space
  3. Build comparison boards

Outcome

Buying discussions stay focused on the comparison set instead of searching for images.

Optional MCP assist: When the source list is stable, MCP can help collect images from each store.
